BISOPROLOL FUMARATE TABLETS 5MG

Indications:

Bisoprolol fumarate tablets are a drug that regulates heart function, mainly used to relieve angina pectoris and reduce the burden on the heart. This medicine enables the heart to work in a more relaxed state by slowing the heart rate and reducing the contraction force of the heart muscle. It is particularly suitable for patients with angina pectoris caused by coronary heart disease.

Contra-indications:

The following groups of people are strictly prohibited from using this medicine:
Patients with acute heart failure, shock, hypotension, bradycardia, second or third degree cardiac block (abnormal cardiac electrical signal conduction), sick sinoatrial node syndrome (abnormal cardiac pacing function), bronchial asthma, severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and severe Raynaud's syndrome.
People who have allergic reactions to drug components.

Adverse Effects:

Common reactions include: easy fatigue, chest tightness, dizziness, headache, palpitations, etc.

Drug Interactions:

When treating heart failure, the combined use of Class I antiarrhythmia drugs (such as propylpyramide and quinidine) will aggravate cardiac conduction inhibition.
When calcium channel antagonists (such as verapamil) are administered intravenously in combination with this drug, it may cause severe hypotension and cardiac block.
When central antihypertensive drugs (such as Clonidine) are suddenly discontinued, it may cause a rebound increase in blood pressure.

Precautions & Warning:

Long-term use of this medicine requires regular examination of the patient's heart, liver and kidney functions. It should be noted that patients must not suddenly stop taking the medicine or change the dosage at will by themselves. They must strictly follow the doctor's instructions.
